As Brite is growing its business and organisation overall, the finance department is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team, to enable and support the business needs.

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will be an important role in the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting in all aspects. Your focus will therefore be to make sure accuracy in the financial statments as well as take responsibility for the processes connected to it. If you are a driven and self going individual who enjoys and sees opportunities in a changing environment this role will likely suit you well.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Monthly and annual closing
• Review monthly income statement and balance sheet for the swedish parent company as well as foreign subsidiaries/branches
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Accruals/calculations and bookings
• Annual reports
• Tax reporting
• Identifying needs for and take part in developing and establishing processes within the finance/accounting area
• Take part in various projects within the finance/accounting area

Required skills and experience

• A minimum of 3+ years experience from a similar role working with qualified accounting
• Knowledge in K3 accounting standards (IFRS is a plus but not a requirement) and comfortable with accounting practices
• Previous experience from working in an international environment / international entity setup
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in finance/business administration
• Fluent in Swedish and fluent / highly comfortable in communicating, reading and writing in English
• Skills in Excel
• Neat and thorough in your work approach
• Able to deliver material of high quality within set deadlines
