That is why HR is on top of our agenda and we are now looking for a Head of People to build Brite’s HR organization from scratch.

Job Summary

The Head of People is a key role within Brite Payment Group, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with all members of the management team. In this role, you own the full scope of HR at Brite - from talent acquisition to people operations to employer branding. More simply put, you are in charge of all HR matters, owning both strategy and execution. You serve as a key partner to the executive team and embody the Brite spirit towards the rest of the organization. Your greatest strength is likely the combination of your natural leadership skills and a ‘business first’ attitude. 

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Building the people domain at Brite from scratch, including full ownership of all matters, while working with the management team towards our vision for fast but sustainable organizational growth
  • Talent acquisition: Coordinating external recruitment agencies across various geographies while developing our own talent acquisition capacities, including structuring recruitment processes, defining requirements and coaching hiring managers 
  • HR Operations: Own the annual HR cycles such as salary and performance reviews, ensuring necessary trainings and other initiatives connected to effectively managing our teams
  • Employer Branding: Take lead on creating an employer branding strategy in close alignment with the overall brand strategy and talent acquisition objectives
  • People Experience: Structure and define the Brite employee journey, including all touchpoints from recruitment to onboarding, performance development as well as measuring employee satisfaction and wellbeing
  • Culture: Take the lead on articulating our inherent values across a growing organization, helping the team to identify their common goals and bond over our mission 
  • Finally, represent the spirit of Brite through a high integrity, high availability approach towards all partners and employees alike

Who you are

  • As Brite’s future Head of People you are an experienced leader with a passion for developing people and organizations. You likely have 5-7 years professional working experience, preferably with other tech and/or hyper growth organizations
  • You are able to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced international environment
  • You have a relevant degree from a European university
  • You have experience in both talent acquisition as well as HR operations
  • You love to spend time interacting with the team, but one of your strengths is an analytical approach to the HR domain to set a structured agenda for how to effectively scale an organization
  • Diversity is not just an aspiration but a matter of course for you
  • You are comfortable sorting out ambiguity and can bring clarity of purpose to the teams surrounding you. You know where to start and how to motivate deliveries 
  • As an individual, you have high intrinsic motivation and want to make a dent in the payment landscape. You identify with working in a challenger environment and have strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen, not shying away from laying the rails while rolling on them
  • You are fluent in English (all other languages a plus)
