To ensure that all of our communications and campaigns are running smoothly and branding is on point, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us to build the Brite brand globally. 

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager role is a key role in Brite, working closely with both marketing, sales, and merchant solutions teams to contribute to the success of Brite, our partners, and our merchants. 

The role is hands-on by nature, meaning you will be able to see clearly the impact of your actions. However, given the rapid expansion of Brite, responsibilities are likely to evolve over time. 

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Collaborate successfully with Merchants & Partners 

  • Align with merchants and partners during the onboarding phase to secure the optimization of Brite´s presence on partner/merchants' platforms. 
  • Oversee all merchants and partner touchpoints to ensure consistency and optimization of the entire merchant journey. 
  • Own all partners and merchants communication (announcements, sends out, newsletter, etc);

Deliver campaigns with high ROI

  • Responsible for orchestrating different campaigns amongst different markets and platforms, both in conjunction with partners and merchants as well as brand campaigns.
  • Align any local marketing activities with partners/merchants with other ongoing campaigns and marketing efforts on each market;
  • Plan joint events, webinars, reference cases, blog posts, whitepaper together with our merchants and partners;
  • Use your creativity to explore opportunities for co-marketing activities that will support Brite´s business objectives;

Coordinate the production of Sales and Marketing collaterals 

  • Supply the organization with high-quality collaterals by coordinating requirements with internal and external stakeholders (graphic designers, copywriters, etc); 
  • Ensure all internal and external material is aligned with branding and is kept up to date;

Occasional responsibilities might include:

  • Market research;
  • Campaign analysis; 
  • Digital and physical event coordination;

Who are you 

Maybe you have already covered a similar role or you have developed the necessary skills while working as an account manager/key account manager in an advertising or digital agency. 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing/digital marketing experience preferably in client-facing roles;
  • Highly organized and structured: you will have a lot on your plate! 
  • Experience in coordinating cross-platform and cross country marketing/digital marketing campaigns;
  • Fluent English, German will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in the fintech/payments industry will be considered a plus;
