Responsibilities
Brite is growing and so is our need of new members to our Merchant Integrations team. At Brite you will be an essential part of Merchant Solutions and the majority of your time will be dedicated to interacting directly with our customers and ensuring a great experience with Brite with focus on customer integrations. You will work closely with several teams internally -  Merchant solutions, Product and Tech and help improve our product. 

Who you are
We believe you have some years of experience from merchant integrations and technical support preferably within Payments and Fintech. A proven track record in the given area and keen to be part of an existing journey ahead. At Brite, we believe that teamwork makes the dreamwork - and looking for a team player to be part of a growing team. 

Responsibilities 
Ensure merchants and partners are able to integrate successfully:

  • Having a tight dialogue with our merchants and partners during their integration and onboarding phase 
  • Serve with technical integration support over email, chat and in customer meetings
  • Trouble shoot integration related problems together with the rest of the engineering team
  • Being a link between Sales, Tech and Merchant Success team
  • Update integration documentation when needed
  • Being part of implementing processes internally where and when needed

Required skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience of a technical integrations, preferably within Payments/Fintech
  • A Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Previous technical experience with API’s, distributed systems, databases, and/or developer tools
  • Enthusiastic and passionate for making customers succeed
  • Ability to operate and execute in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
