To ensure that all of our communications and branding is on point, always, we are now looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to build the Brite brand globally.

Job Summary

The Head of B2B Marketing is a new role within Brite Payment Group, working closely with several members of the management team and laying the foundation of marketing at Brite. The role is both tactical and strategic in nature, and given the rapid expansion of Brite, responsibilities are likely to evolve over time. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop a best in class brand platform including compelling value propositions for merchants and end-consumers alike, with special emphasis on positioning, messaging as well as use cases for different verticals 
  • Be the architect of an overarching marketing strategy to effectively position Brite as a leading FinTech player across the industry on a global scale
  • Work with the management team to execute effective go-to-market plans for our payment services across various geographies
  • Coordinate communications initiatives for all channels (website, B2B social media, reports, press releases, blog posts, etc) 
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the CEO and the rest of the executive team, anticipating technological, societal and regulatory trends and advise accordingly. 
  • Act as an educator and cultural bearer within the organization to raise awareness of brand and communication issues
  • Ensure that commercial and business development teams are knowledgeable and equipped with collateral to effectively communicate and support desired messaging
  • Set up a measurement framework to follow KPIs and analyze our success in brand awareness and communications

Who are you 

  • As Brite’s future Head of B2B Marketing you have likely led a marketing team in the tech world and have significant experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines, such as branding and positioning, lead generation as well as communications
  • You have a solid understanding of digital marketing communication and an affinity for brand strategy
  • You love to develop strategy and have the ability to set visionary goals, but one of your strengths is to craft messages that hit home with stakeholders and generate trust
  • You represent the spirit of Brite through a high integrity, high availability approach towards all stakeholders alike
  • As an individual, you have high intrinsic motivation and want to make a dent in the payment landscape. You identify with working in a challenger environment and have strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen, not shying away from laying the rails while rolling on them.
  • You are comfortable sorting out ambiguity and can bring clarity of purpose to the teams surrounding you. You know where to start and how to motivate contributions from other teams.
  • Key qualities are integrity, communication skills and natural leadership ability. You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey. You are an excellent individual contributor, but would enjoy leading a team given the opportunity.
